I. Scope of the Website Development:

The website will serve as a digital gateway for SOF OMAR Trading and Construction PLC multifaceted operations and strategic vision. and should:

1. Present all business sectors with clear, dedicated sections

2. Include a professional, secure, and mobile-responsive user interface.

3. Utilize a dynamic Content Management System (CMS) such as Word Press, or a secure custom CMS.

4. Integrate email functionality, SEO tools, Google Maps, and contact forms.

5. Feature company profile, ongoing and completed projects. service descriptions, downloadable brochures, and a career section.

6. Allow for multi-language support (Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English).

7. Include a news/blog section for regular updates.

8. Integrate social media platforms and basic website analytics.

9. Provide secure hosting, backup systems, and a 6–12-month post-launch maintenance plan.

II. Eligibility Criteria:
