Introduction

Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) is an indigenous none governmental and none profit organization established in 1997 and re registered in accordance with the Civil Societies Organization (CSO) proclamation No. 1113/2019 with a certificate number 0022.

Currently, MCMDO has implementing ongoing and newly started projects in regional states of Somali Region, Oromia Region, Amhara Region, Gambella Regional, Sothern Nations Nationalities and People Region, Tigray Region, Afar Region. Benishangul Gumuz regional states and in Addis Ababa.

MCMDO Invites eligible and qualified vehicle rental service providers to submit their proposals for the supply of rental vehicles for a period of two (2) years for its activities in the country. The selected provider will supply vehicles according to the conditions outlined on the bid document.

Rental Terms & Conditions

MCMDO considers tenderers as eligible suppliers when they fulfil the below requirements;

• The tenderers should be locally registered with renewed Trade License for the current year, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bid and must be delivered to MCMDO Head office, in front of British Embassy beside Yeka Global school.
• Bidders should deposit nonreturnable birr 500 (five hundred birr) for each bid to the nearby CBE bank referring this tender number to Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) account Number 1000004544618. Bidders should bring the deposit slip and take the tender document.
• All vehicle maintenance and servicing (including periodic service and emergency repairs) shall be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• Vehicle Condition: All vehicles must:

                             Be in good mechanical condition

                             Be clean and reliable

          Comply with all local traffic and transport regulations

• The Bid will be closed after 5 consecutive working days after the day of the advertisement on the newspaper and will be opened on the Date 11/08/2025 at 10:00 am in front of bidder or their legal representatives.
