INVITATION TO BID

Procurement Number: ASDEPO/CW /014/2025

Action for Social Development and Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO), in partnership with its donors, wants to construct/rehabilitate latrines (with labor and material cost). Integrated Cholera Response through Health and WASH Interventions in Gambella Woreda, Gambella Town, and Itang Special Woreda of Gambella Regional State. Hence, ASDEPO invites all interested & eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent, and have a valid license for the current Ethiopian FY to participate in the bid.

BID REQUIREMENT

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Organization and other Relevant Laws of the Country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
2. Bidders shall present a copy of the renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration. Tax Clearance certification, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Registration Certificate as part of the technical proposal.
3. The bid document submission must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Amount of 2% of the total amount in the form of an Unconditional Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O).
4. Bidders should indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT/TOT.
5. Bid should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes. Financial and Technical proposals, addressed to ASDEPO.
6. The envelopes should clearly indicate the Invitation to bid. reference number Ref. "ASDEPO/CW/011/2025"
7. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose at Gambela Field Office, before August 14,2025, 3:00 PM (afternoon)
8. Bid opening shall be held by August 14, 2025, 3:30 PM (afternoon) with the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who want to attend.

ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENT

• Valid trade Registration License
• Valid Business License
• Tax Identification number (TIN) certificate
• Value Added Tax Certificate

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS

Valid GC construction grade 5 and above.

Firms' experience as a primary contractor for the past four years.

Proposed key personnel- meets GC 6 and BC 5 QUA requirements.

Cumulative volume of work for the past 3 years is at least 10,000,000 ETB.

Experience as a primary contractor for the past years, especially in emergency response projects, and successfully accomplished it considered advantageous.

Price quotation

The Total Price quotation for the work shall be submitted based on the BoQ
