Oxfam Ethiopia is an international NGO involved in humanitarian and long-term development program since the 1960s. Oxfam has been implementing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH). Emergency Food Security and Vulnerable Livelihoods (EFSVL). and Gender and Protection Programs in areas where natural and manmade crises occurring and protracted. Therefore, OXFAM in Ethiopia invites qualified and competent suppliers for the solar submersible pump, solar installations service for the locations mentioned in the table below.

Interested applicants/Suppliers can collect the RFQ with technical documents from OXFAM Ethiopia Program Office, starting from August 04, 2025 and briefing session will be held on August 7/2025 at 2:30pm.
Applicants are required to carefully read through the technical document, make a note of the planned timetable, and submit financial and technical proposal in a separate sealed envelope until August 11, 2025 at 4:30pm in the business hours.
This invitation has been issued for the sole purpose of obtaining offers for the provision of the product/service requested. OXFAM reserves the right not to enter in to or award contracts as result of this invitation to the quotation. OXFAM also reserves the right to terminate any contract issued as a result of this RFQ as set out in the contract terms and conditions.
