The Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Church Development Commission (EMWACDC) is a national civil society organization registered with the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO). EMWACDC. In partnership with PMU, would like to purchase the following gravity feed drip irrigation system components for Konso zone, Karate zuria district rural livelihood enhancement project to promote drip irrigation system to the local farmers.

EMWACDC invites duly registered. qualified, and competent suppliers to submit a bid for the following goods:

Bid documents are available from 30th July, 2025 on working days only.

Bid submission closing date: August 7, 2025 at 12:00 am

Bid opening date: August 7/ 2025 at 3:00pm

Method of Application

Interested and qualified bidders should obtain detailed documents for the bidding upon paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 at EMWACDC office, which should be property sealed and marked with the appropriate reference number, and returned to the tender box provided at the head office located at Yeka Sub-city, Woreda 06, around Setoch Adebabay, opposite to 28 Meda P.O. Box: 17979, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Telephone: 09-41-45-47-93/09-11-44-93-03.

• All price offers should include VAT.
• Price offer shall be provided for one complete package.
• Price offers should be prepared separately for each item (package) to be delivered at each final delivery place.
• A bid security 2% worth the total value of the commodity a supplier bids for is a must
• Bids submitted without completed and signed bidding documents will be automatically rejected.
• Acceptance of your bid(s) and any subsequent contract are subject to the EMWACDC's Terms and Conditions prepared for this bid for Supply of the Items.
• All legal documents including relevant and renewed license, tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, etc. should be submitted with other bidding documents.
• Recognition letter or certificate of good performance from well-known organizations in relation to past experience and engagement of the bidder which is relevant to the supply of goods mentioned in this bid notice should be submitted. The bidder should prepare and submit a delivery schedule for the good/goods the company applied for.

EMWACDC reserves the right to reject bids or award partially or fully.
