INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RHS & ANGLE IRON

The Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Church Development Commission (EMWACDC) is a national civil society organization registered with the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO). EMWACDC, in partnership with Nehemiah would like to purchase RHS. Angle Iron and flat iron for the purpose of making Bunk Metal Beds for Omorate Nehemia Hostel based Child Development Project, which is find in South Omo zone. South Ethiopia national regional state, Omorate town.

EMWACDC invites duly registered, qualified, and Competent suppliers to submit a bid for the following items:

Bid documents are available from 28 of July 2025 on working days only.

Bid submission and closing date: 6th of August 2025 at 12:00 am

Bid opening date: 6th of August 2025 at 2:30pm

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Interested and qualified bidders should obtain detailed documents for the bidding upon paying a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 at EMWACDC office, which should be properly sealed and marked with the appropriate reference number, and returned to the tender box provided at the head office located at: Yeka Sub-city, Woreda 06, around Setoch Adebabay, opposite to 28 Meda P.O. Box: 17979, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Telephone: 09-11-80-11-08/09-11- 44-93-03.

• All price offers should include VAT.
• Submit Unit price and total price
• Price offers should include all delivery expenses at the specified site.
• A bid security 2% worth the total value of the RHS & Angle Iron must be submitted
• Bids submitted without completed and signed bidding documents will be automatically rejected.
• Acceptance of your bid(s) and any subsequent contract are subject to the EMWACDC's Terms and Conditions prepared for this bid for Supply of the items.
• All legal documents including relevant and renewed license, tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, etc. should be submitted with other bidding documents.
• The bidder should prepare and submit a delivery schedule and available stock of the RHS, Angle Iron and flat iron the company applied for.
• Confirmation of MTCs complying with ISO 630 / EN 10204 Type 3.1
• EMWACDC reserves the right to reject bids or award partially or fully.
