Ethiopian Airlines Group invites all interested and eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder

Bid Announcement No.: SSNT-T548

Ethiopian Airlines Group/ETG/ intends to invite interested and qualified bidders with Grade-1 General Water Works Contractor or Grade-1 General Contractors (GWWC-1/GC-1) for the Design and Construction of Airside Landscaping Water Source and Development Works on Turn-key Basis at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:

1. The project design and construction works shall be completed within 420 calendar days including 90 days design period from the commencement of the project.
2. The bid is open to all local and international bidders who have local trade license to participate on national competitive bid and any legally established bidders in Ethiopia with renewed Trade License for the fiscal year.
3. A bidder with Competency certificate issued from the Ethiopian Construction Authority with category as General Water Works Contractor Grade-1 or General Contractor Grade-1, VAT registration certificate, Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids can get the tender document.
4. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T548 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below address and will get the Tender ban document by return Email.  
5. Bidders should submit a bid security of ETB 500,000.00/Five hundred thousand birr/ in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group" sealed in a separate envelope marked as "Bid Security" in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from any recognized local banks payable on first demand along with their bid proposal. Any insurance guarantee shall not be accepted.
6. The Original and Copies of Technical and Financial Offer document shall be sealed in separate envelop and marked "Original" document and "Copy" document. All the pages of the bid document shall be sealed and signed by the bidder.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on August 15, 2025 at 3:00pm. Technical Bid and Bid security of the bidders will be opened on the same date at 3:30pm at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, bid opening hall at presence of those interested bidders or to their representatives.
