WaterAid Ethiopia hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for

CONSTRUCTION BID INVITATION

WaterAid is a global federation working to improve people's access to clean water. Improved sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). As a key WASH actor, it has made a significant contribution in transforming the lives of poor and marginalized people. In Ethiopia, it has been engaged in the WASH sector since 1991 with a vision of everyone everywhere has access to WASH. It partners with communities, the Government, Civil Society Organizations, the private sector, media, and academia on WASH service delivery, capacity strengthening, evidence building, and influencing policies and strategies on sustainable WASH services and behavior change. To further advance its commitment WaterAid Ethiopia hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their bids for:

1. The tender document will be sent to bidders who register their Email address at the register placed at WaterAid reception. from July 14 to 25, 2025, during working hours (08:30 AM -12:30 PM and 01:30 PM 05:00 PM).
2. Bidders can also visit our website http://www.wateraid.org/et to access the invitation and the terms of reference.
3. Bids must be accompanied by renewed business licenses and registration, and TIN Registration Certificate, and bidders must have a Grade five and above GC and WWC qualification and all these must be submitted together with the technical proposal.
4. Bidders should submit their offers in sealed envelopes to WAE's office on or before the bid opening date.
5. Partial bidding is allowed.
6. Offers must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to two (2%) of the quoted consultancy service fee in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO valid at least for three months from the date of bid opening. The bid security bank guarantee or CPO must be attached to the original financial document.
7. Bidders should submit their offers in sealed envelopes to WAE's office on or before July 28, 2024, by 1:30 PM
8. Bids must be presented in envelopes identified by the bidder's name, address, legal stamp, and reference number Ref: SPARK/CST/OB/25/0007 and the relevant lot number on the cover.
9. Bidders must submit the technical and financial proposal documents separately. The technical and financial proposals should have one original and one copy for each. clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" on the cover. Each envelope shall be stamped and sealed. In the event of any discrepancy between them, the original will prevail.
10. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives who prefer to attend at our office on July 28,2024, at 2:00 PM.
11. WaterAid Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall also be rejected. Note: Bids should be presented to the following address:
