INVITATION TO BID FOR ERP SUPPLY, INSTALLATION

AND IMPLEMENTATION

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

1. BACKGROUND

Tsehay Industry S.C. (Kaliti Metal Products Factory) has been in business for more than 50 years, it has contributed significantly to the emerging industries and construction sectors through the manufacturing and the supply of metal products. Currently, in addition to the manufacturing and supply of steel products, the company engaged in the export of agricultural commodities and involved in construction of various buildings and industrial warehouses.

2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS

Tsehay Industry S.C. (Kaliti Metal Products Factory) would like to invite interested and qualified technology solution suppliers to express their interest in providing and customizing an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP). Suppliers who are interested to participating in the bidding Process should submit their interest in providing the service by clearly outlining their capacity and experiences that affirm their competence to perform the assignment.

3. SELECTION PROCEDURE
   1. A complete set of Bidding Documents (TOR) in English Language can be purchased by interesting bidders from the company starting from July 14, 2025, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five hundred Birr)
   2. The bid security must be presented with the technical original bid.
   3. Eligible bidders can take part in the bid upon presentation of valid trade license and certificate of competence or professional license.
   4. Bidders are required to submit the technical and financial proposals separately in a wax-sealed envelope to the Supply Department of Tsehay Industry S.C. (Kaliti Metal Products Factory), located on the main road to Debrezeit, at Akaki Kaliti Sub city, Woreda 12, kaliti Total behind Kafdem Plaza.
   5. The bids shall be submitted in two envelopes with detailed description of the addresses of the bidders with having one "Original" and one "Copy".
   6. Deadline for submission of tender will be August 07, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. The Technical proposals shall be opened on the same date at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives.
   7. Bidders' proposal must be accompanied by a bid Security, i.e., CPO in the amount of ETB 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr).
   8. The tender award will be declared to a bid winner shortly following the evaluation of Technical and Financial proposals.
   9. Tsehay Industry S.C. (Kaliti Metal Products Factory) reserves the right to cancel the bid either partially or totally.
