Imagine 1-day International Organization (I1D) is an international NGO operating in Oromia, Amhara, Tigray, Afar, South Ethiopia, and Benishangul Gomez regions, working to ensure access to quality education for all Ethiopian children.

11D invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and technically competent bidders with valid licenses for printing & Binding service of different materials for its Amhara Region projects.

• Printing of Different Books and Modules.
• Binding of Different Books and Modules

• Bid Requirements:

• Valid and renewed trade license (for printing services) 
• VAT registration certificate
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate
• Recent VAT declaration
• Valid tax clearance certificate
• Delivery must be completed within 15 working days from the date of agreement signing to Woldia and Lalibela I1D Zonal Offices, with the supplier's own transportation
• Payment will be made after full delivery
• Bid document must be stamped, sealed, and submitted into the designated bid box on the opening date
• Financial Proposal: Submit one original and one copy in a sealed envelope, stamped and sealed with wax
• Technical Proposal: Submit one original and one copy in a separate sealed envelope
• Bid security: 5% of the total bid amount (before tax) in the form of CPO only, valid for 60 days (cash or insurance not accepted), in a separate envelope
• Bid documents with the list of items can be purchased at imagine 1day Amhara Regional Office in Dessie from July 14, 2025, to July 22, 2025, upon payment of 200 ETB

• Important Dates:

• Bid closing date: July 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM (local time)
• Bid opening date: July 23, 2025, at 4:30 PM (local time) at I1D Dessie Office in the presence of bidders or legal representatives

• Delivery Location:

Woldia and Lalibela Imagine 1day Zonal Offices (by supplier's own transportation)
