The International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR), in collaboration with Polish Aid for International Aid (PCPM), is implementing a project titled: "Support to Development of Emergency and Disaster Response Services in Ethiopia" As part of this initiative. IIRR Invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified individuals or firms for the following:

Categories:

1. Construction Project Management and Supervision Consultant To facilitate the construction of the fire simulator: IIRR is looking to engage a qualified and experienced construction consultant (or firm) to provide expert advice, technical assistance, and supervision throughout the project lifecycle.

• To oversee the construction of a three-level metal container-based Fire Simulator at the Fire and Disaster Risk Management (FDRM) Training Center in Akaki Kaliti Sub-city. Addis Ababa (2025-2026).
• The fire simulator will support realistic fire training, smoke simulation. rescue operations, and rope rescue drills.

2. Supply of Medical Equipment (details specification in the TOR)
3. Procurement of Laptops

• 3 Lenovo laptops (details in the Terms of Reference)

4. Supply of Stationery and Furniture

Including book shelves (details in the Terms of Reference)
