Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) is an indigenous none governmental and none profit organization established in 1997 and re registered in accordance with the Civil Societies Organization (CSO) proclamation No. 1113/2019 with a certificate number 0022

Currently, MCMDO has been implementing the project entitled "Focusing on Severely Affected Crisis Contexts in Marsin Woreda. Korahey Zone, Somali region. Ethiopia "one of project activities is construction of four seats ventilated improved pit latrine (VIP) in Marsin Woreda, Korahe zone of Somali region

Thus, MCMDO invites potential candidates to MCMDO here by invites competent Company who can who can construct two ventilated improved pit latrines (VIP) with four seats in Marsin Woreda. Korahe zone of Somali region.

Interested potential candidates are invited to collect the specific Bid documents from MCMDO head office yeka sub city in-front of British Council beside Global school, or MCMDO Marsin field office.

1. 1. The contractor should be locally registered with renewed Certificate of Competency as contractor Firm in Water Works by mandated government body with renewed Trade License for the current year, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bid arid mu be delivered to MCMDO Head office. Around Balderas in front of Yeka Global school
   2. Bidders should deposit nonreturnable birr 500 (five hundred birr) for each bid to the nearby CBE bank referring this tender number to Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) account Number 1000004544618. Bidders should bring the deposit slip and take the tender document.
   3. Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO with an amount of 2% of their bid offer in the name of Mothers and Children Multi-sectoral Development Organization (MCMDO). The bid security must remain valid for a minimum period of 1/one/month from the bid submit ion deadline, The CPO must be attached to the original financial document.
   4. Bidders shall be sure to state a complete set of price listing per described specification and unit should be mentioned for each type and be submitted in sealed envelope.
   5. Bidders shall agree and ready to construct latrines within I month.
   6. The Bid will be closed after 7 consecutive working days after the day of the advertisement on the newspaper and will be opened on the Date 18/07/2025 at 11:00 am in front of bidder or their legal representatives.
   7. The company reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process
