Requirements: -

1. Debre Gelila Kidus Amanuhel Cathedral Church invites potential eligible category Grade GC-1&2 and BC-1 Contractors for the Construction works of 3B+G+ 11 mixed use and B+G+7 Sunday school Building projects at Addis Ababa.
2. The deadline for the bid submission date is 16th consecutive calendar days starting from the bid announcement and it will be closed 16th day afternoon at 2:00 PM and be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM afternoon in the presence of bidders or legal representative.
3. The Bid Documents can be obtained from Debre Gelila Kidus Amanuel Cathedral Church, Mesalemiya, Addis Ketema Sub city Woreda 04, during office hours (at morning 8:00AM-12:00 A.M and afternoon 1:00PM-5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 5000 (Five Thousand Birr only)
4. All Interested Bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated here below:-

• Valid and renewed trade license or business organization registration certificate issued by the country of establishment in accordance with for 2017 E.C.
• -Valid and renewed competency Certificate from Construction Authority of Ethiopia or Similar regional establishment for 2017 E.C.
• Bidders should have TIN & VAT registration certificate.
• Bidders should have valid tax clearance certificate.
• All Bidders must be accompanied by an original bid security of birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) in separate envelop in the form of CPO in the name of the Cathedral.
• The bidder must have experience in similar projects of nature and complexity. Address:- Mesalemiya, Addis Ketema Sub city Woreda 03 Debre Gelila Kidus Amanuel Cathedral Church, 2nd floor of the Cathedral Administration Building.

• The Cathedral have the right to accept and reject any or all bids, at any time prior to contract award with out there by incurring any liability to the affected bidder bidders.
