INVITATIONS TO BID

(International Competitive Bidding) Bid Ref. No. PSSSA/ICB/002/2017

1. Public Servants' Social Security Administration hereunder referred as (PSSSA) is desirous of hiring an International Consultant for the Consultancy Services for Full Design, Tender Management, Construction Supervision and Contract Administration Services for Wastna Smart Village Development Project to be developed near Addis Ababa at Koye Fetche Sub City inside Sheger City.
2. Public Servants' Social Security Administration (PSSSA) now invites eligible bidders of Category One International Consultants with relevant experience and valid licenses or its equivalent as first class firm in their origin of country (see Section 2 and 3) for the year 2017 Ethiopian Calendar, or more recent if available, to submit sealed tenders for Full Design, Tender Management, Construction Supervision and Contract Administration Services for Wastna Smart Village Development Project to be developed near Addis Ababa at Koye Fetche Sub City inside Sheger City.
3. Interested bidders can purchase a full set of tender documents by paying Birr 1,000.00 in cash to the Public Servants' Social Security Administration's (PSSSA) Einance Directorate.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of USD 100,000.00 /One Hundred Thousand US Dollars or equivalent amount in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) as per the selling price of USD to ETB at Ethiopian National Bank during the date of Bid Closing, in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for 120 calendar days in the form provided in the Bid Document payable to the Employer at the first demand without any contestation whatsoever, and must be submitted at the address of: -

5. The bid will be closed at 2:00 PM on the 46th day from the date of the bid announcement and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the Office of the Procurement Directorate of the Public Servants' Social Security Administration. If the 46th day is a weekend or holiday, the bid will be opened at the above time on the next working day.
6. Bids shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after bid closing.
7. The Public Servants' Social Security Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
