Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite potential contractors or eligible bidders for the procurement of the Construction of Compound Works at Asella Integrated Bus Terminal (Lot I) and Fiche Integrated Bus Terminal (Lot II) Projects to be sub-contracted in local currency.

Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply and fix of the works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.

Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance certificate issued by concerned tax authority.

Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as General Construction Contractor (GC-3 or Road Construction Contractor (RC-3), Building Construction Contractor (BC-3) with relevant experience in Asphalt Pavement Construction and valid license can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred) in cash

Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional and Irrevocable bank guarantee.

Bid Validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date.

Bid will be closed on July 10/2025 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject parts of or the entire bid.
