Key Requirements

1. Submission of Documents

• Renewed business license
• VAT registration certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Evidence of registration on the EGP Active Vendor List

2. Bid Security

• All bide mast be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000 in the form of a CPO

3. Experience Criteria

• Evidence of completing at least two similar contracts in the last three years

4. Bid Submission

• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelope

Additional Conditions

• Sample Approval: Winning bidders must provide samples for approval before delivery.
• Costs: All transportation, loading, and unloading costs must be included
• Payment: Made within 1 business day upon full delivery and acceptance of goods
