- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bid document at the address given below from 08:30-5:30 Pm (2:30Am-11:30Po Local Time.
- A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidder up on payment of non-returnable fee of ETB 1,000.00
- Bid must be delivered to Denan woreda, finance office, on or before 3:00 Pm after 7 Calendar days from the date of announcement of The Ethiopian Herald.
- Bid will open in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend in person at the adderess below after 7 Calendar Days from the date of announcement on 3:30 PM.
- Electronic bidding will not be permitted. In the form of CPO or Bank guarantee from reputable bank.
- Bid validity period shall be: 60 days.
- The bureau reserves to reject any or all bids.
- Bidders documentary requirements include: Category of Renewed trade license, Tax clearance and Vat registration, and certificate of compliance.
