CIFA Ethiopia is implementing the Project Entitled "Strengthening Climate Resilient Livelihoods, Adaptation and Preparedness towards Climate Extremes, conflicts and Displacement in Moyale Districts Borena zone Oromia." The project is funded by Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and will be implemented by CIFA.

CIFA Ethiopia is Inviting interested bidders to submit bids for Mormora Waterline Expansion in accordance with criteria laid out in BOQ and Design attached to BID Document.

Requirements:

1. 1. 1. Must have all valid required documents (renewed construction trade certificate/license, Tax payer certificate, and any other mandatory document/s.
      2. Prices should include all Governmental Charges.
      3. Good experience in Water line expansion or any related water work.
      4. Must be able to perform quality work and complete within the required/agreed timeline.
      5. Neat and legible copies of all mandatory supporting documents (Tin Certificate VAT. registration Certificate, renewed license, etc.) should accompany the bids
      6. All bidders who have valid licenses for the current year 2017 EC can obtain a complete set of Bid Document paying Non Refundable fee of 200 birr from CIFA-Ethiopia Yabello Coordination Office, or Moyale Field office starting from 16th -30th June 2025.
      7. The filled Quotation should reach in sealed envelopes to CIFA Yabello Coordination office on or before 30th June 2025 at 3.00 PM.
      8. The Bidders should also provide a guarantee of Bond/CPO of 1% of total Value from Bank.

The bid will be opened in presence of all bidders or representative on the same of 30th June 2025 at 3:15 pm.

CIFA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason thereof.
