Invitation for Bid
TENDER Ref. NO. (NCB/OCC-069/2025)
Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite potential contractors or eligible bidders for the procurement of the Construction of Lot 4 Carpentry and Joinery Work for Dukem B+G+6 Office Building Project to be sub-contracted in local currency.
Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply and fix of the works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.
- Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance certificate issued by concerned tax authority.
- Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as (Finishing Contractor) with relevant experience and valid license can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred) in cash.
- Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee.
- Bid Validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date.
- Bid will be closed on July 8/2025 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
- OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
