Imagine 1-day International Organization (ID) an international coloring & Oromia, Amhara, Tigray. Afar, South Ethiopia, South Weast Ethiopia and Central Ethiopia regions and Benishangul Gumuz regions to create access to quality education for all Ethiopian Children.

IID invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders, technically competent, and have valid licenses for the supply of the below items for 11D Country Office.

Requirements:

• Renewed & Valid trade license for each LOT.
• Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate.
• Tax Identification certificate.
• VAT Clearance declaration of Recent Month.
• The winner shall deliver of the materials within 10 (Ten) Working days from the date of the agreement signed.
• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.
• Bid offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit and put in to the bid box on the day of bid opening.
• Financial document with all legal documents (with two copies one original and one copy).
• Technical documents (with two copies one original and one copy) stamped envelope separately to imagine 1-day Country Office,
• Bid security bond of 5% of the bid amount before Tax by
• CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee which is Valid for 30 days beginning on the date the bid is opened one separate Envelop (cash or insurance bonds are not accepted),
• Bid documents with the list of Items can be obtained from imagine I day Addis Ababa Country Office from 16/06/2025 to 20/06/2025 by paying 200 birrs for Each Lot via CBE.
• Bid will be closed on 23/06/2025 at 09:30AM and opened on 23/06/2025 at 10:00 AM for Lot I and 10:30 for Lot II in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1 Day Country office,
