1. Ethiopia meteorology institute invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supervision and contract administration work for Consultancy service for principal office fence work and guard house construction in different zone of Ethiopia.

2. The invitation is for those Architectural and Engineering consultants of category five and above, five years and above of experience on the category (company experience) having tread license valid for the year 2017 E.C, tread license registration certificate, vat registration, and tax clearance and professional license.
3. The consultant shall provide engineering services complete in all aspects including all field and office works in accordance with highest National and International standards of the engineering profession as approved by the client.

Scope of work (at supervision and contract administration)

1. Conduct close full time construction supervision of all activity.
2. The works are executed in strict conformity with the contract documents, specification and drawings.
3. Utilization of construction materials having the maximum in project specified and/or implied qualities. Utilization of proper skilled man-power, equipment and workmanship to assure the intended project quality.
4. Control every activity and sub-activities to the maximum quality specified.
5. Economic and proper utilization of employer's resource and input by the contractors.
6. Prepare and sent variations to EMI for approval.
7. Prepare and submit current Unit Price Breakdown for new items for EMI for approval etc.....

4. The bidder can obtain the bidding document from Ethiopia meteorology institute office near to payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 500.00(five hundred birr) The method of payment will be through commercial Bank of Ethiopia, direct deposit to EMI Account No, 1000007241295
5. The bid submitted to the same office on or before July 04, 2025, at 10:00 am Bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 of at the same office in the presence of the bidders/bidder's legal representative's.
6.  The bidders shall seal the original and two copies of technical and financial documents in two inner envelopes and one outer envelope, duty marking the inner envelopes as original and copies and writing the following address on the envelop, Ethiopia meteorology institute Lot no--
