Procurement of Consultancy Service for: LV Distribution Network Data Collection

1. Ethiopian Electric Utility interested to procure consulting services to support accurate and timely data collection from distribution transformers through the low voltage network up to the customer level using GIS tools. The Consulting Services will be procured through National Competitive Bid (NCB).
2. The Consultancy Services under these contracts in detail consists of:

The consultant will be responsible for conducting accurate and timely data collection from distribution transformers, through the low voltage network, up to the end customers. The assignment also includes customer indexing activities. The services are grouped into three lots.

Lot 1: All Customers and LV networks under the Substations found in East and Addis Ababa region and North Addis Ababa region.

Lot 2: Customers and LV networks under the Substations found in South Addis Ababa region and West Addis Ababa region.

Lot 3: Customers and LV networks under the Substations found in Sheger region.

3. Bidding /tendering shall be conducted through Open National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all eligible bidders as specified and defined in the Bid / RFP Document.
4. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased/collected by bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 300 Account No. 1000068699332 Legally authorized agents shall collect the bidding documents for each principal they are representing.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address above on or up to July 8, 2025 at 2:00PM. Late bids will be rejected. Responsiveness and qualification information of the bidders shall be opened first in the presence of all bidders' representatives who chose to attend, at the address of.
