The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Church Development and Inter- Church Aid Commission Refugee and Returnee Affairs Department (EOTC-DICAC/RRAD) is seeking health insurance service providers for all project employees.
EOTC-DICAC invites qualified institutions to participate in this tender. Requirements are as follows:
- The organizations to engage in this tender should have a renewed license for the current year.
- The Terms of Reference (TOR) document is available for collection at the EOTC-DICAC Refugee and Returnee Affairs Department office, located at Arat Kilo, Ginfle. It can be obtained from the date of this advertisement for ten consecutive days.
- Quotations and all relevant credentials should be submitted with 2% of the price Quotation including VAT in the form of CPO from Recognized Bank (bank guarantee not acceptable) in a sealed envelope to the EOTC-DICAC Head Office, Arat Kilo, in front of Chi Tourist Hotel, on or before the 10th day of this advertisement by 10:00 a.m.
- Bid shall be opened at the 10th day (due date june-20-2025) of this advertisement at 10:00 am at the commission's Meeting hall. The winning bidder will be announced after the completion of the technical and financial evaluations.
- EOTC-DICAC/RRAD has the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
