AGREEMENT FOR VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICE

Helfer Project International (HP) would like to invite Potential vehicle rental service provider for one-year long term agreement (LTA).

Eligible Suppliers can register by email with this address mnebere@hefer.org  by sending credentials (renewed license. VAT certificate & Tin certificate) during working hours (8:30 AM to 4:30PM). From June 9.2025 to June 30 2025. The bidding document (TOR) will be sent to the bidders through e-mail address given while registering the bid.

The bidder shall submit the original and copy of the Technical & Financial proposal in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" for both Technical and Financial Proposals Separately (including copies of renewed Trade License. Business Registration License. Taxpayer's Registration, VAT Registration. and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Technical. Financial, and other documents mentioned on the TOR) must be delivered to the address below in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before 4:00 PM on July 1, 2025.
