INVITATION TO INTERNATIONAL BID RE-TENDER NO CICAMCF-009/2025

Chemical Industry Corporation Awash Melkasa Chemical Factory (CIC-AMCF) invites all Eligible, resourceful and competitive bidders for the supply of 800 metric Ton of Aluminum hydroxide purity 64.5% w/w minimum.

All interested bidders may obtain the bid document from our branch office located in Addis Ababa Saris Abo Merti Building and purchasing team leader office at Awash Melkasa Chemical Factory Head office against a payable of non-refundable birr 300.00 (Three Hundred birr only).

1. Bidders should present their trade registration certificate renewed trade license for the current budget year and VAT registration certificate
2. The bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least 2% of the total value in the form of CPO or bank guarantee letter issued in favor of CICAMCF with technical document.
3. Bidders shall Submit their bids in two separate envelops technical offer and financial offers each having one original and two copies with sample of 1k. g Aluminum Hydroxide. Sample must be submited with technical offer.
4. The bid must be deposited in chemical industry corporation Awash Mlekassa Chemical Factory procurement team leader office on before Tuesday Jul1/2025 at 10:00 A.M. Factory located at 15 kilometers far from Nazreth/Adama townalong Assela town road in the presence of all bidders or their legal representatives, who choose to attend.
5. Tender closing date will be on Tuesday Jul 1/2025 at 10:30 AM and Technical offer will be opened on the same day on the above address main office; Awash Mlekassa Chemical Factory.
6. Financial offer will be opened on Tuesday Jul 8/2025 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same address.
7. CICAMCF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
