Tsehay Insurance S.C (TISC) Invites selected interested and eligible competitive Contractors of category GC 3 OR BC 3 and above to participate in bidding of "1/2B+2B+G+9 MIXED USE FINISHING WORK FOR BUILDING" Construction Work located at Addis Ababa Arada sub city, wereda 05 in front of Addis Abeba restaurant.

INVITATION TO OPEN TENDER

  1. Tsehay Insurance S.C (TISC) Invites selected interested and eligible competitive Contractors of category GC 3 OR BC 3 and above to participate in bidding of "1/2B+2B+G+9 MIXED USE FINISHING WORK FOR BUILDING" Construction Work located at Addis Ababa Arada sub city, wereda 05 in front of Addis Abeba restaurant.
  2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedure in the procurement manual of the company.
  3. The bid remains floating from Ginbot 25, 2017 up to Sene 17,2017 and will be closed on Sene 17, 2017 (Ethiopian calendar) at 4:00 Local Time and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same date at 4:30 Local Time at the company's meeting room Bole Bridge, In front of Former Brass hospital, Tsehay Insurance S.C 1st Floor meeting room.
  4. A complete set of bid document can be purchased by interested bidders up on payment of a non- refundable fee of birr 500.00 (Five hundred) from Finance Department starting from Monday to Friday 2:00-6:00 and 7:00-11:00 and Saturday 2:00- 6:00 Local time.
  5. For eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed trade license, certificate of registration. Tax payers Identification number certificate, value added tax certificate. Tax clearance certificate.
  6. Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid security of birr 250,000.00 (Two Hundred fifty thousand birr) The bid security shall, at the bidder's option, be in the form of cash, a certified insurance bid bond, CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee by an Ethiopian bank.
  7. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.

The company reserves the right to reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
