Ethiopian Public Health Association (EPHA) invites Interested and eligible bidden for supply of medical equipment's:

Information and requirements.

1. A complete set of Bidding Documents that contain the detail list and type of the items can be obtained from EPHA office, against a non-refundable payment of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
2. Bidders should submit their offers accompanied by a copy of their renewed trade license, Commercial Registration Certificate, Tax Identification Number, and VAT Registration Certificate. No offer should be sent via personal e-mails.
3. Bids must be delivered to the address below in sealed and stamped envelopes: Technical Offer and Bid Security in one envelope marked as, "Technical Offer" and "Financial Offer" in another envelope.
4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security/ bid bond of ETB 10,000 (Ten thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the name. of the Ethiopian Public Health Association, which will be refunded as soon as the contract is signed with the winner. With separate envelop or not attached with financial offer
5. Bidders can collect bid documents starting from the day where this notice is posted to the Ethiopian Reporter newspaper to June 18, 2025.
6. Bidders should submit the original and copy of their technical and financial proposal in separate sealed envelopes to EPHA addressed below.
7. Bids will be closed on June 16, 2025,10:00 AM and opened on the same day at 10:30 AM at EPHA meeting room in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
8. Evaluation of the bid will be carried out based on a detailed assessment of the bidder's technical, financial proposals and checking the sample of the items. As the materials are urgently needed, delivery time and stock availability must be described.
9. EPHA reserves the right to reject any bid, to cancel the bidding process, and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability Ere to Bidders.
10. All bidders should mention their delivery time for each item.
11. There will be a possibility of 20% increment or decrement for the quantities we buy.
12. All the products described in the bid need to be genuine, original and supported by sample when it is needed.
