Oromia Construction Corporation (OCC) has intended to invite potential contractors or eligible Bidders for the procurement of the Construction of Lot 3 Roof Water Proofing & Damp Proofing for Dukem B+G+6 Office Building Project to be sub-contracted in local currency.

Therefore, interested bidders are invited to participate for the supply and fix of the works mentioned above on the basis of the following conditions.

1. Those who owned renewed relevant license, Supplier's Registration Certificate, VAT Reg. Certificate, TIN Number & Tax Clearance certificate issued by concerned tax authority.
2. Renewed Certificate of Registration from Authorized body as (GC-5/BC-5 and above, and Finishing Contractor) with relevant experience and valid license can purchase a complete bidding document upon payment of non-refundable Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred) in cash.
3. Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 75,000.00 (Seventy-Five Thousand) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee.
4. Bid Validity shall be 120 days after technical bid opening date.
5. Bid will be closed on June 17/2025 G.C at 2:00 P.M. and opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M.
6. OCC reserves the right to accept or reject partially or the entire bid.
