- Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders for the Procurement of Air Conditioner (AC).
- Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;

- Tax clearance certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Registration Certificate from responsible public body.
- Competence Certificate
- Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from May 26, 2025 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300.00 (Birr Three hundred only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, ground floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor.
- Bid shall be accompanied with a bid security ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr only) in the form of C.P.O or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized bank.
- Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before June 10, 2025 at 02:00 P.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor.
- Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on June 11, 2025 at 02:05 P.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

- Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
- The language of the tender is English.
- DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
