Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise/ECAE/ invites interested bidders to participate in the tender for Landscaping and Greenery Maintenance Services at Quality village

1. 1. 1. 1. Bidders should bring trade license renewed for 2017 E.C, VAT registration, TIN certificate and tax clearance certificate for the period this tender and Competency certificate of professional and organization in the development of basins and green areas /EPA/
         2. A complete set of the bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders at procurement and supplies team office block o1 3rd floor room no 304 upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (one thousand birr), starting from the first insertion of this advertisement on the Addis Zemen Newspaper.
         3. Interested bidders shall come up with a copy of eligibility documents stated above for validation purpose during purchase.
         4. The sealed envelopes should contain one original and copy of Technical, Financial offer documents and bid security with a separate envelope.
         5. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security birr 100,000.00 in the form of Cash Payment Order (C.P.O) or unconditional bank guarantee.
         6. Bids must be floated for 15 consecutive Calendar days from the date that the invitation to bid posted on newspaper and the bid cloned on the 16 day at 10:00 A.M.
         7. Bids will be opened on the 16 day at 10:15 A.M. in the presence of bidders or theit representatives who choose to attend the bid opening at Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise Head Office Room No. 304. If the opening date lies on holyday or not working day, the bid will be opened on the next working day. Exact date will mention on the bid data sheet.
         8. The winner bidder shall furnish performance security within 15 days as of the contract signing date.
         9. All bids those come after the closing date and time of the tender will be rejected.
         10. Unsuccessful bidders will receive their bid securities immediately after result is announced.
         11. Bids must be signed, stamped, and labeled with the bidder's name and address. /Unsigned and Unstamped bids will be rejected.
         12. The Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or wholly.
