1. The SRS-PDB would like to invite scaled bids from interested illegible and qualified bidders (Contractors), having category renewed trade license and above for The Procurement Construction Work of Fence and Main Gate.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bid document at the address given below from 08:30-5:30 PM [2:30 PM] Local Time.
4. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidder up on Payment of non-returnable fee of ETB 1000.
5. Bid must be delivered to pastoralist development bureau on or before 3:00 PM after 21 Calendar Days from the date of announcement of The Ethiopian Herald.
6. Bid will open in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend in person at the address below after 21 Calendar Days from the date of announcement on 3:30 P.M.
7. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. In the form of CPO or Bank guarantee from reputable bank
8. Bid validity period shall be 90 days
9. Bureau reserves to reject any or all bids.
10. Bidders' documentary requirements include Category of Renewed trade license, Tax clearance and Vat registration, and certificate of compliance.
