INVITATION TO BID

Procurement Ref No: GSEZA/NCB/002/2025.

Gada Special Economic Zone Authority now invites consulting firms to prepare ERP system

1. To all potential Consulting Firms.
2. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding a procedure specified in the Procurement Proclamation of the Government of Federal Democratic Republics of Ethiopia and is open to all illegible bidders.
3. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application having and submitting of VAT and TIN registration certificate, renewed trade license, FPPA suppliers list certificate, Valid Tax clearance during period of bid validity from Federal/Oromia revenue bureau/concerned authority to the address given below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian birr 200.00 (Two Hundred birr) only in cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hour from Monday to Friday. Consulting Firms shall provide original and neat copies of the above legal documents for cross checking.
4. The bidders shall submit Two separately sealed envelope bidding document which encloses on big wax sealed envelope of "ORIGINAL TECHNICAL DOCUMENT and ORIGINAL FINA NCIAL DOCUMENT" in Two Different Envelope & "COPIES OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENT" and "FINANCIAL DOCUMENT" in Two different envelope."
5. Bid must be delivered on or before 11th calendar days of the first day announcement on news per on/before 11:00 AM morning, closed on the same time at 11:00AM morning, and opened at 11:30 AM morning. If the 11th day is not working day, the bid will be submitted and opened on the next working day.
6. All Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after bid opening and All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 0.5% of the Total price or an equivalent amount in acceptable form of CPO or Unconditional bank guarantee with the form of annex to bid document on the section of contract forms for unconditional bank guarantee.
7. Bid must be clearly marked by "bidders name, address, legal stamp and Reference number Ref.GSEZA/NCB/002/2025.
8. Gada Special Economic Zone Authority maintains the right to accept or reject any/all of the bids.
