1. The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Different ICT Equipment's (7 Lap top Computers -Core i9-1 Tera SSD with 16GB RAM. 5 Lap top Computers Core i9-2 Tera SSD with 64GB RAM. 2 Lap top Computers Mac Book PRO INCH, I Desk Top Computer Core i9, 1 Camera, 1 Scanner and one Smart Boards).
2. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding procedure as specified in the FPPA Procurement Regulations and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture, Procurement Directorate and inspect the bidding documents during office hours at the address below during office hours: from 09:00 A.M to 12:30 A.M hours and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM hours. Mondays to Thursdays and 09:00 A.M to 11:30 A.M and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM hours on Fridays.
4. A complete set of the bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from May 10, 2025 onwards during office hours at the address given below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred Birr) or its equivalent amount in easily convertible currencies. The method of payment will be by directly deposit to the MoA"s account No. 1000009144009. The document will be given to the applicants arriving at our premises in person.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 30, 2025 at 2:00PM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on May 30, 2025 2:30PM.
6. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting as per stated in the bidding document. Total amount of bid security could be Birr 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr) or its' equivalent in an easily convertible currency. Bid Security must be in the form of either CPO or Bank Guarantee from a recognized local Banks or in Cash and it must be counter guaranteed by local firms for foreign bank guarantees. Insurance Bond and bid security declaration is not acceptable. The bid security shall be attached with or in the original bid proposals envelop.
7. The Ministry reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids as required. The address referred to the above is:
