PIN (PEOPLE IN NEED), an international NGO, invites for submission of eligible and experienced Car rent service providers to submit tenders for the provision of Car Rental services in the following regions of Ethipia: All Sidama Rigion, Hawassa, Arba- minch, Konso,all south OMO Area, all Oromia region and Amhara region according to the stated specification in Annex III.

ALL vehicle rental service providers who have valid license for the current year can collect the tender documentation in PIN of- fice in Hawassa (Kebele 205 behind Central Hotel), tel. 046 212 3135 or 046 212 2140 or Addis Ababa, Yeka sub-city, Kebele 13/14 house no 912 Tel 011 618 5121or 011 662 0503 or send the request by procurement. ethiopia@peopleineed.net  until 23/5/2025 during working days. Question and any clarification relating to this tender, should be sent to the following email address: procurement. ethiopia@peopleinneed.net until 26/5/2025.

If PIN answers the question, all other tenderers will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail. Questions could be answered only until 27/5/2025. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered. Tender offers to be submitted to PIN or sent by registered post to reach the PIN office before closing date and time: 29/5/ 2025, 3:00 PM (Local time Afternoon 9:00) to following address: Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kebele (Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building PIN Addis Abeba Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles 13/14, house no.912.

Bids received after the closing date & time will not be considered.

Envelope opening session will be held on 29, MAY 2025, 3:30 PM (Afternoon 9:30 local time): Hawassa office, Haike dare sub-city, in 05 Kbele (Directly behind Central Hawassa Hotel Building) and PIN Addis Abeba Office, Yeka Sub-City, kebeles 13/14, house no.912 based on the submitted bids. The teder- ers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envlope opening.
