IDA Credit-

1. Dembechazu/woreda agriculture office has received credit and grant from IDA toward the cost of Food System Resilience program (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
2. Amhara National Regional State W/ Gojjam zone DembechaZu/woreda finance office now invites eligible bidders who have General construction (GC) OR Building Construction BC license for the construction of the following projects.

3. Bidders of GC/BC -5 and above are eligible to participate.
4. Bidders prepare and submit bidding document for the key personnel; machineries and also all necessary documents.
5. Bidding will be conducted through a national competitive bidding(NCB) procedures specified in the world bank guideline procurement under IDA credits and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guideline.
6. Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after opening.
7. The amount of bid security as stated in the above table in the form of bank guarantee or CPO with validity period not less than 120 days +28 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.
8. Bids must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State West Gojjam Zone Dembecha zu/woreda procurement and property administration team, Room 06
   1. Bids must be submitted before 10:00a.m JUNE 02/2017 E.C and bid shall be opened at 10:00 am on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their iegal representatives who wish to attend, Electronic bidding shall not be permitted, late bids shall be rejected.
9. Bidders required to submit copies of all eligible documents and license which are renewed for the year 2017E.C
10. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from Dembechazu/woreda procurement and property administration team, Room 06 upon payment of a none refundable fee Birr 400.00 /Four hundred birr only /by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address indicated below.
11. The office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
