1. The SRS-DRMB would like to invite sealed bids from interested eligible and qualified bidders (Contractors), having category renewed trade license and above for The Procurement of Equipment and Supplies.
2. Bidders have the option to bid the following

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bid document at the address given below from 08:30-5:30 Pm (2:30Am-11:30Pm Local Time.)

3. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidder up on payment of non-returnable fee of ETB 1,000.00
4. Bid must be delivered to Disaster Risk Management Bureau, on or before 3:00Pm after 7 Calendar days from the date of announcement of the Ethiopian Herald.
5. Bid will open in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend in person at the address below after 7 Calendar Days from the date of announcement on 3:30Pm.
6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. In the form of CPO or Bank guarantee from reputable bank
7. Bid validity period shall be: 60 days
8. The bureau reserves to reject any or all bids.
9. Bidders documentary requirements include: Category of Renewed trade license, Tax clearance and Vat registration, and certificate of compliance.
