1. The Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) intends to purchase MV & LV Overhead Line Accessories through International competitive bidding WB/EEU-UEAP/003/2024-2025 (ICB). Lot 3,
2.  The Ethiopian Electric Utility invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following MV & LV Overhead Line Accessories: -

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and open to all bidders from eligible suppliers.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below: -

• Monday-Thursday 8:00-12:00 to 13:00- 17:00 hours Ethiopian Time
• Friday: 8:00-11:30 to 13:30 - 17:00 hours Ethiopian Time
• Saturday: 8:00-12:00 hours Ethiopian Time at the address given below

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested Bidders starting from May 3, 2025 at the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of against payment receipt of ETB 4,000 or USD 32(exchange rate of 1 USD=126 ETB). The method of payment will be cash payment at PPMO cashier's check or deposited to the Ethiopian Electric Utility accounts: EEU-Electrification Program Foreign Currency A/C No. 0101181300064 with National Bank of Ethiopia, for foreign currencies, or deposited to the Ethiopian Electric Utility accounts: EEU-UEAPAccount No 2.: 1000604742556, Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), Mehteme Gandi branch, for the local account
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of the following amounts:

8. Bids will be opened June 16, 2025 at 14:30 local time presence of the bidders or bidder’s representatives' who choose to attend at the address above on the above mentioned date and time.
9. Bidders are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document carefully.
