ORDA Ethiopia has a plan to procure Shallow Well Pump Test Service in Wogera Woreda, Central Gondar Zone at Kosoye Kebele.
Basic information for interested suppliers submit legal documents
- Legal status valid business license,
- VAT registration certificate,
- Valid Tax clearance certificate, and bid security.
- Bid documents can be obtained from ORDA head office Bahir Dar Kebele 13 Room No 106 or Addis Ababa branch office Around Legehar for payment of non-refundable Birr 300.00 (Three hundred) with in 10 consecutive working days since the date of this announcement.
- All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO/Bank Guarantee only. The guarantee instrument shall have validity of at least 30 consecutive working days from the date of the bid opening and shall be in the form of CPO/ Bank Guarantee.
- Bids shall be delivered to the address in a sealed envelope within 10 consecutive working days below at the end of 10 consecutive working days before 2.00 Pm.
- Bidders shall submit technical and financial proposals in a separate envelops.
- Floating period of bid is 10 consecutive working days starting from the announcement of this bid.
- Bids will be closed at 2:00 PM and opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives who choose to attend at ORDA Ethiopia (ORDA) head office Bahir Dar block No 1 Room No 106,
- ORDA reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
