TO: ALL OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS AND MANFACTURERES WITH VALID LICENSE FOR THE CURRENT YEAR.

The Ethio-Rail Logistics Plc has funds within the Employer's budget to be used for the procurement of office furniture and equipments for its offices located at Kirkos Sub City, Woreda 10, Meshualekiya (Within Ethiopian Railways Corporation compound). Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

1. The Ethio-Rail Logistics Plc invites sealed bids from eligible bidder's office furniture and equipment suppliers and manufacturers.
2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ethio-Rail Logistics Plc and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 6(a) from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM Local time.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased as of 22/08/2017 E.C by interested eligible bidders on submission of a WRITTEN APPLICATION. VAT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE. COMPETENCY CERTFICATE. TRADE LICENCE & BID PARTICIPATION SUPPORTING LETTER at the address below at 6(b). And upon payment of nonrefundable Fee of birr shown in the table above.
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below 6(c) on or before 10:00 AM. The bids must be accompanied by a bid security of mentioned in the above table payable on first demand address to the employer. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders /representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 6(d).

6. The employer has the right to reject any or all bids.
7. Partial rebate, like fixed sum and rebate on some items is not acceptable.
