1. Damot Multipurpose Farmers' Cooperative Union now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidder for Procurement of Construction Work of Building for Maize Processing Factory.
2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures Contained in the public. Procurement proclamation of the Federal government of Ethiopia which is open to all eligible and qualified bidders.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the Bidding Document at the address given below at 7 (a) from 8:30AM to 5:00 PM
4. Eligible documents are: - Grade 3 and above Building Contractor Renewed trade license for the current year, Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate, Tax Payer Identification Certificate (TIN), Supplier Registration Certificate.
5. A complete set of the bidding document in English language may be purchased and inspected by interested bidders on the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1000.00 (One Thousand Birr). The method of payment will be in CBE Account (1000057870595) of Damot Multipurpose Farmers’ Cooperative Union.
6. Bidding documents must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) on or before April 23, 2025 G.C at 10:00 AM late bids shall be rejected.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 7(d) on May 7, 2025 G.C. at 2:30 PM.

8. Bidding processing is lot based. Bidder may submit a Bid for one lot only, several or all of the lots.
9. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for: - Bid Security: 2% of the contract price in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
10. Damot Multipurpose Farmers' Cooperative Union reserves the right to reject the bids at any time prior to contract, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
