Invitation to Tender for Supply of Sports Equipment
The Organization for Social Services, Health and Development (OSSHD) is an indigenous non-governmental organization that has been providing health, social, and development services in Ethiopia for over 30 years.
OSSHD now invites qualified suppliers to participate in an open tender for the supply of sports equipment or supplies.
Eligibility Requirements:
Interested bidders must submit the following documents:
- Valid and renewed business license, along with VAT, TIN certificates, and a recent tax clearance certificate from the relevant authority.
- Company profile including full address and contact information.
- Purchase of the bid document upon payment of a non- refundable fee of 200 (two hundred) Birr.
- A bid security of at least 2% of the total quoted price, in the form of a CPO (Certified Payment Order) from a recognized bank.
Bid Details:
Bid Closing Date: Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM (10 consecutive days from the first date of announcement in The Reporter newspaper).
Bid Opening Date: Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at 10:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
OSSHD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
