Purpose of the Open Tender
Hope for Justice seeks to procure the service of a car rental company to provide field and city service vehicles for its development work for a period of one year (renewable) on a competitive basis.
Type of Tender: Car Rental
- Eligible companies must have a valid business license, current tax clearance
- certificate, a business certificate, and VAT and taxpayer identification numbers.
- Bidders can obtain a tender document with detailed information from the
- organization's address during regular business hours (9:00AM-4:00PM) from the date of April 23-25/2025.
- Competitive bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope as per the detailed instructions in the tender document and placed in the tender box provided before the closing date.
