Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation invites interested and eligible bidders to bid for the Television Archive Digitalization through international competitive bid.

Accordingly, bidders fulfilling the following instructions and criteria can participate in the tender:

1. Bidders or agents must provide their evidence of currently renewed trade license, evidence that they have paid up all government taxes, supplier's registration certificate, TIN certificate, manufacturer's authorization and VAT registration certificate.
2. Bids should be submitted along with a bid bond amount which is equal to Birr 40,000.00 (Forty Thousand only) issued in favor of Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation by first class bank in the form of certified bank check, CPO or bank guarantee.
3. Bidders can obtain bid documents from Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation main office Shegole, Procurement Department Office during office hours against payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Only).
4. Bidders should place their technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes with two copies each and put it in the tender box reserved for this purpose before 11:30 A.M (5:30 Ethiopian Time) Morning the 21 day from the bid 1St announcement date on Ethiopian Herald News Paper.
5. Bids shall be closed on the 21 day from the bid Is' announcement date on Ethiopian Herald News Paper at 11:3 A.M. And will be opened on the same date at 11:45 A.M local time (morning).
6. It should be noted that the financial proposal will not be opened on the bid opening date.
