1. The Central Ethiopia Regional State Gurage Zone Endegagn Woreda Finance Office has Supported financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Food System Resilience Program and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Procurement of Construction of Live Stock Market center; Central Ethiopia Gurage Zone Endegagn Woreda Dinkula Town.
2. Interested eligible bidders should submit VAT certificate, TIN No, Renewed trade license for the current year 2017 EC.
3. The Central Ethiopia Regional State Gurage Zone Endegagn Woreda Finance Office now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for ET-CERS- FSRP-464049-CW-RFB for the Procurement of: Construction of Dinkula modern primary Live Stock Market center (Fence Work, Tax and Vet office, Inspection and Check Points, Detention Pen, Cattle Crush, Shade, Loading Ramps, Cattle Watering Trough, Cattle Feed Bunker, Sheep and Goat Watering Trough, Shoat Feed Bunker, Toilets, Guard House, Sanitary Works, water tank sit, Trashes Pit construction Project).
4. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures and is open to all bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the Central Ethiopia Regional State Gurage Zone Endegagn Woreda Finance Procurement Office room number -2 during office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and up on payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (Five Hundred). The method of payment will be in the woreda Revenue tax office.
7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 300,000 (three Hundred Thousand birr) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM 08/09 2017 E.C. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. The Bid shall be opened on 3:00 PM on May 08/09/201 E.C at the following address stated below. The winner bidder has to provide 1% of contract price performance guarantee for environmental and social safe guard in addition to 10% performance bond.
