Labour & materials cost for irrigation

work in Afar aballa area.

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1956 that fulfills its mandate by providing direct assistance to conflict-affected populations refugees, internally displaced people (IDPs) and host communities in the conflict areas of the world.

The Danish Refugee Council in Ethiopia intends to contract suppliers for the below listed activity. The tender dossier and instructions to suppliers is available for collection during working hours Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm as from April 16-22th of April 2025

1. AFR-Ab'ala DRC Base Office
2. DRC Addis Ababa main Office, located at Bola Sub city, Woreda Block 24, Parcel 53, House #9999/385, Near Embassy of Somalia

Interested and eligible suppliers are therefore requested to submit their Bid documents only at DRC Aballa area Office, or DRC Addis Ababa main office on April 23 2025, 4:00 local time and Bid will be Opened on April 23, 2025 @4:30 local time on both Aballa and Addis Abeba DRC office.

The bids should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes (containing the technical and the financial offers) both bearing the relevant reference number mentioned above.

Bidders MUST provide renewed and valid business licenses, copy of TIN and VAT registration certificate.

Bidders MUST provide original plus copy of financial and technical documents in a separate envelope.

Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered.

Note:

1. The suppliers should submit the relevant copy of license during the collection of the bid documents.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

The tender documents should be received on the closing date at DRC Aballa and Addis Abeba DRC office, Ethiopia, with the subject, ITB reference Number clearly marked on the envelope.
