Ethiopian Airlines Group invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder

INVITATION TO BID FOR SPACE RENTAL FOR AVIATION FUEL DEРОТ

Bid Announcement No. SSNT-T532

Ethiopian Airlines Group/ETG/ intends to lease Open spaces for Fuel de S pot and Jet Fuel supply service at regional airports (Lalibela, Dembi Dollo, Gode, Kebridehar, Jinka, Nekemete, Robe Goba, Shire, Dessie and Humera airports) with a long-time contractual agreement.

Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder: -

1. Any Legally established bidder with valid and renewed business license for the fiscal year in the Fuel supply business, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the dead-line for submission of bids can get the tender document.
2. Fuel supply Registration certificate.
3. A minimum three (3) years of experience in Fuel and Oil supply in Ethiopia.
4. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch refer-ring this tender number SSNT-T532 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Ac-count Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement number & contact phone number to the below email address and will get the Tender document by return Email.
5. Bidders should submit bid security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee from a recognized bank in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group". Any insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.
6. Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the original and copy Technical Proposal, original and copy Financial Offer, and Bid Security; and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Air-lines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section May 15, 2025 until 3:00PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office, Bid opening hall in the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
