IFB Title: Procurement of Different Types of Office Furniture (Re Bid) Procurement Reference number: OPPPDA/NCB/FA/G/20/2017

1. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency has a mandate to procure common user items with a Frame Work Contract Agreement on behalf of Regional Public bodies who have funds within the public bodies' budget to be used for the Procurement of different types of Office Furniture (Re Bid).
2. The Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of: Different Types of Office Furniture.
3. The details of measurement & quantity of different types of Office Furniture are specified/listed in bid document.
4. Bid Security amount is One Percent (1%) of the offered total bid Price in ETB (Ethiopian Birr). NB: If the total bid security exceeds birr five hundred thousand (ETB 500,000.00), the bidder shall reduce the amount to five hundred thousand birr (ETB 500,000.00).
5. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Regional Government of Oromia and are open to all eligible bidders.
6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Public Procurement and Property Disposal Agency and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. in the morning and 01:30p.m. to 04:30 pm. in the afternoon.
7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 400 (Four Hundred Birr). The method of payment will be Cash on site.
8. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before May 2, 2025 G.C. up to 02:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Each item must be accompanied by a bid security of show in the above. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's/representatives who choose to attend at the address below May 2, 2025 G.C. at 02:15 p.m. in the afternoon.
9. The OPPPDA reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
