BID INVITATION

Tsehay Insurance S.C. invites qualified and eligible bidders for the printing service of Note Books, Table Calendar & Greeting Card with envelop for 2025/26 budget year.

Detailed Condition of the bid is presented hereunder: -

1. For eligibility bidders shall attach the copy of valid and renewed trade license, VAT and TIN certificate & Tax clearance Certificate
2. The bidders shall provide technical and financial proposal in sealed and separate envelope with clearly stated delivery time.
3. Bidders must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening.
4. The bidders shall collect the bid document from Finance Department with in 15 consecutive days by paying Birr 200, which is non-returnable.
5. The Bid Submission date shall start on April 14, 2025 and the Bidder must deposit in the tender Box prepared for this purpose at company's meeting room during office hour on or before April 30,2025 at 10AM (4:00 local time)
6. Bidders shall present at least one returnable sample of Note Books, Table Calendar & Greeting Card according to our company's sample.
7. The Bid shall be opened on April 30, 2025 at 10:30 AM (4:30 local time) at the company's meeting room, Bole Bridge. In front of Brass Hospital, Tsehay Insurance S.C 1" Floor
8. Bidders who do not fulfill the bid requirements will be disqualified,
9. Bidders are advised to review the bid document carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instructions and conditions in the bidding document will constitute grounds for rejection.
