Invitation for Bids (IFB)
South Ethiopia Regional State Water Mines and Energy Bureau here by invites wax sealed bids, from qualified and eligible Bidders for supply of submersible pumps
- Bidders should present a renewed business license valid for the current year 2017 E.C and registration certificate for VAT, Valid Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority and TIN number
- Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr 500.00 (Five hundred) from the Bureau
- Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety- (90) days after bid opening.
- The amount of the Bid Security shall be: 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand) birr in the form of C.P.O or Unconditional Bank guarantee valid for 120 Days.
- Bid shall be submitted on 15th calendar day from this announcement date at 2:00PM afternoon, if the 15th calendar day lies on Ethiopian holiday, the last date of bid submission will be the next working day at 2:00 P.M. in the afternoon.
- We notice that, bidders are invited to submit technical original plus three copies & financial original plus three copies separately enclosed in a wax - sealed envelope to the bureau.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the last date of bid submission, at 2:30 PM at the Bureau, Dilla. If this date will be holiday, then it will be opened on the next workday at 2: 30 P.M after noon.
- The financial arithmetic error is above or below 3 (three) percentages the bidder must be rejected from computation.
- The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
