INVITATION TO BIDDERS/ (REBID)

Marefia 10 Housing Cooperative Society hereby invites registered eligible bidders for procurement of: Marefiya10 2B+G+13 New Building Construction Project Supervision Works upon fulfilling of the following terms and conditions under national competitive bidding (NCB).

1. Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the fiscal year, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate, Online Supplier List Registration Certificate, Renewed and relevant Registration certificate from Construction Authority for competency of Building Consultant, Office of Consulting Engineers Grade- I or Consulting Architects and Engineers Category 1.
2. Grade of Consultant: Building Consultant, Office of Consulting Engineers Grade- I or Consulting Architects and Engineers Category I
3. Bidding document should be prepared in English language.
4. The Bid shall be valid for the period of 45 days after bid closing date.
5. Interested Potential Bidders obtain a complete set of bidding document from the office of Procurement department starting from April 9, 2025 on all Working hours against payment of none refundable fee of Birr 1,000 (One Thousand Birr) upon presentation of Trade License renewed for the fiscal year; VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and Online Supplier List Registration Certificate.
6. This invitation of bid is open to all interested potential bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in bidding document.
7. Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousands Birr) in the form of certified cheque (CPO) or Unconditional Bank guarantee. Bid bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.
8. Bids must be submitted or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the Procurement Department, before the closing date and time.
9. The deadline for bid submission date and time is April 17,2025 and Bid will be closed at 8:00 Local Time and opened at8:30 Local Time.
10. Marefiya 10 Housing Cooperative reserves the right to cancel or reject part or all bids.
